Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU. Final requirements may vary depending on the product, formula, packaging, and project specifications.
Sampling time depends on the formula route. Samples based on an existing formula typically take 3–7 days. New or adjusted formula samples typically take 7–14 days, depending on the formula and project requirements.
If speed and lower development complexity are the priority, we usually start by reviewing an existing formula and adjusting fragrance, appearance, or packaging where suitable. If the product needs a specific performance direction, ingredient system, texture, or market position, a new or adjusted formula may be the better route. We confirm the route after reviewing your brief and target market.
The most useful starting points are your target market, product category, intended product role, expected order quantity, and packaging direction. If you already have formula references, ingredient preferences, or benchmark products, share them as well. We use this information to recommend the most suitable development route before sampling begins.
If you already have a formula, share the available information with us early. We can then confirm the appropriate technical review, confidentiality arrangements, and next steps for production planning.
Yes. We already have mature formula options for sulfate-free, silicone-free, and other special requirements, which can be adjusted based on your project needs.
Tell us your target market, product category, and project requirements. We’ll review the most suitable development route and reply within 1 business day.
